OCTAVIA YATES, Action Group, Inc

Octavia Lewis Yates, is the wife of Gerald Yates and mother of daughter Zoren, and step-mother to Chesnea. She graduated from Culpeper County High School, and received an Associates in Applied Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College.

With her husband “president”, Octavia is the V. President of Action Group Inc. (a wall foundation, concrete construction, trucking and container service company) Part-time, she’s worked many years as a substitute teacher and drives the school bus for Culpeper County Public Schools.

Octavia is known to many in the community, area churches, and all over the country as a singer/musician, choir director, and gospel recording artist with two CD recordings.
